I found Jay's Quality Rendering via a recommendation from a friend who had used his services to cover up an ugly popcorn ceiling. Jay showed up on time, did an amazing job, left the place cleaner than it was before he arrived, and finished ahead of schedule. Jason did a fantastic job of resurfacing a 'popcorn' ceiling - makes the world of difference to the flat. I found his website after at least 10 other businesses told me this process could not be done, suggesting a false ceiling instead. Not so. In addition, Jason's price was very reasonable and Jason himself was extremely helpful, professional, quick and punctual. Highly recommended. Jay's rendering is exactly as the name suggests; quality! We cannot fault the workmanship at all and our expectations have been exceeded. Jay is professional and a perfectionist with his work. We had the bottom half of our house rendered which we had been told by other tradesmen would be a difficult job as there were multiple existing finishes. Jay and his partner worked very well as a team and completed the work quickly and neatly. We barely recognise our lovely new house.
